Operations Coordinator (Full Time) – Middletown, PA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline our daily operational activities. This role involves overseeing order entry, coordinating with suppliers for purchasing, facilitating shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will also identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders, shipments, and inventory.

Responsibilities:
Order Entry – Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Purchasing – Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of products and materials.
Shipping and Receiving – Facilitates the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
Inventory Management – Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.
Process Improvement – Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Customer Service – Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and inventory.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in operations management, preferably in the plumbing and HVAC industry.
Familiarity with Eclipse ERP and Pipedrive is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
